ZoomPhysio's free online Shoulder Pain Plan is designed to help you to recover as soon as possible from a recent onset of Shoulder pain
If you perform a series of physio exercises for Shoulder Pain, this can stimulate and support your recovery. The ZoomPhysio exercise plan for Shoulder Pain may help you to maintain your overall function, go to work, participate in recreational activity and do other things that are necessary for you on a day to day basis.

Confirm these are some of the symptoms you are experiencing?
- Certain movements become difficult to perform. Elevation (reaching high up) can be very painful midway through the movement. Rotation (reaching behind yourself) can also be difficult
- Shoulder pain can develop after an injury, pull (yank) or strain, although sometimes, it can be associated with long term use / repeated use linked to an occupation
- Sleeping on the affected side in bed can be made difficult by pain
