ZoomPhysio provides physiotherapy plans and services across a range of mediums include online, over the phone and in person. ZoomPhysio provides other related resources via the website zoomphysio.co.uk (collectively, the "Services").

Registration and user accounts

To access certain features or services, you may be required to create an account and provide personal information, such as your name, email address, and a password.

Content ownership and licences

Payments for the Services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon fees and payment schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

Limitation of liability

ZoomPhysio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZoomPhysio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in accordance with the Proposal, or at any time if there is no signed Proposal, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.

Changes to terms

ZoomPhysio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

Severance

If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to amend such provision so that, as amended, it is legal, valid and enforceable, and, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the intended commercial result of the original provision.
