Elbow

The elbow, like the knee joint, is a hinge joint. The joint itself is made up of the humerus, ulnar and radius. It is surrounded by a magnitude of soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) to allow it to take on significant 'loads'. The elbow joint is one of the most used joints of the body, as every movement from our hand creates an associate movement and use of the elbow joint.
